We reply to every message within 24 to 48 working hours. Messages received at the weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next working day.

Help us reply faster

So we can resolve your request in a single exchange, please include:

Your order number — it appears in your confirmation email;
The name and size of the item concerned;
A short description of your request, and one or two photos if relevant.

Where is my order? Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. Note that it takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch before the first scan appears. See our Track your order page.
How long does delivery take? 1 to 3 working days of preparation, then 10 to 20 working days to mainland France. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping? Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
I want to return an item. You have 14 days from delivery. Write to us before sending anything back and we will give you a return number and the authorised return address. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Can I exchange for another size? We do not offer direct exchanges. Request a return and place a new order for the size you want, so it does not sell out in the meantime.
My item is faulty or the wrong one arrived. Send us photos of the item, the label and the packaging. We cover the return costs in full and you choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Returns — important

Please do not send any item back to the address printed on the parcel without contacting us first. A parcel sent to an unauthorised address cannot be identified or refunded.
